Letter as bishop of Vittorio Veneto, in part (translated): "I am honored to announce that under the new 'Handbook of Indulgences' released just a month ago, the bishop can grant partial indulgences only to persons under their jurisdiction." In fine condition, with a few light creases, and staple holes to the upper left corner.
