In very good condition, with intersecting folds, overall creasing, and paper loss to the lower right corner. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks and a letter of provenance from the daughter of the original recipient, in part: "My Mom, Marilyn Miks grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas, USA. Buddy Holly came through Wichita Falls when my mom was a young girl she had the honour to meet him."
