A rare Kangxi period porcelain coral enameled vase of elongated pear form, the neck rising from a raised bowstring band that encircles the shoulder, terminating in a galleried rim, body rests on a widely splayed stepped foot, red coral glaze is tinted slightly pinkish in tone, interior and base covered in gray crackled glaze, with Vermeer and Griggs Collection, no. 449 label on underside; ht. 10.25 in.
