MAGNIFICENT Pair of Chinese carved white jade vases hanging together in a wooden frame with vines foliage and floral bloom. Carved white jade vase is connected by jade links to the central hanging jade supports above. Each vase is held in carved hardwood frame stand in floral foliate motif. Vase carved in a baluster shape, with rectangular ovoid body, tapered gently toward waisted neck leading to flared rim supported the domed lid and a simply bud finial, two open work scrolling foliate shaped ears suspending the free rings emerged from their collar linked to open carved jade chains. The exterior decorated in deep carving of archaic Chinese rococo scrolling tendrils. The jade showing pale white-cream celadon color iridescent with moist milky appearance natural inclusion along the surfaces.
