A small Staffordshire porcelain figure of a parrot c.1830-40, perched on a narrow stump and holding a nut or seed in its right foot, its plumage finely enamelled in green with polychrome highlights, raised on a square base applied with flowers and leaves, the bowl beside him largely lacking, 9cm.Provenance: a private collection from Hampshire.
