宋 青銅饕餮紋爵杯帶蓋 Cast with a deep U-shaped body encircled with a taotie band, interrupted by three crest-shaped flanges, with a loop handle issuing from the mouth of an animal head, the flared neck rising to form the pouring spout and exaggerated lip, fitted with a cover cast with two pairs of opposing flanges, all supported on three blade-form legs. Song Dynasty period. 《說文解字》云：「爵，禮器也。像爵之形，中有鬯酒，又持之也，所以飲」，故可知爵杯是中國青銅器中典型的酒禮器。銅爵始見於二里頭文化，是目前所知最早出現的酒器，通行至西周。此件青銅爵配蓋，流部寬厚上翹，杯體為圓卵形，腹部出脊，三足作等腰三角形分佈外撇，造型穩定。腹部裝飾以雲雷紋為地的獸面紋，獸面紋雙目圓凸。此爵杯器型規整，紋飾頗為精緻，包漿古潤，應為典型宋代仿古器物。來源: 南加州重要私人收藏
