款识：默林一别在江干，独着苍颜带雪看。幸有耐冬花不落，松将结伴受严寒。乾隆丁卯仲秋前二日，高凤翰左手。|印鉴：凤翰印（白）、丁巳残人（白）、乾坤（朱） |高凤翰，又名翰，字西园，号南村，又号南阜、云阜等。山东州人。雍正五年举孝友端方，曾官安徽歙县知县，泰州巡盐分司。擅诗文、书法、绘画、篆刻。五十五岁时因右臂病废，书法篆刻乃以左手为之。尤嗜砚，收藏至千余，皆自铭，大半手琢。为“扬州八怪”之一。
