A Large and Rare Bronze Tripod Tureen and Ladle tang dynasty (618-907) the spherical form body raised above three cabriole legs, surmounted by a short neck with incised lotus petal decoration, the broad shoulders and the base incised with double-line concentric rings; the ladle having an almost hemispherical bowl, the handle decorated with small rings and line borders terminating in a stylized lotus bud finial; together with an original Japanese wood box.
