"Harvey's miscellaneous writings are not extensive. One item published posthumously was his account of the post-mortem examination of the body of Thomas Parr who died in 1635 at the reputed age of 153 years. The MS was given to Michael Harvey, a nephew of the author, to John Betts, with whose writings it was printed in 1669" (Keynes).
