The first is an Islamic-market charger decorated with a central roundel surrounded by six-petal shaped stylised floral panels., the reverse is decorated with auspicious objects and with a channelled footring; and a pair of blue and white dishes decorated with floral panels and cartouches on a white-glazed ground of carved design. The Islamic-market charger: 7 cm. high x 35.5 cm. diam. The carved chargers: 5 cm. high x 36 cm. diam. Condition: The Islamic market charger: There are four cracks to the rim (the longest 8.5 cm. long), and a restored chip to the rim (approx. 1.2 cm.); the rim is chipped and fritted. One carved charger: there is a crack to the rim (approx. 6 cm. long), and a chip to the foot (approx. 1 cm.). The other carved charger: overall good condition, minor frits and chips.
