The vase is decorated to each side in copper red with a dragon leaping in pursuit of a flaming pearl, all amongst cobalt blue clouds and above a band of tumultuous waves. The base with an apocryphal Qianlong mark. Condition: Both handles have broken off, and the neck has been broken off and restuck. There are two chips to the mouth rim (approx. 2.5 cm. long). Heavy wear to the surface. Origin: China Period: Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) Sizes: 32.00 cm. H 12.6 in. H
