题识：戊子九月十又一日， 伯衡仁兄雅正， 吴熙曾。 钤印：镜汀（朱） 吴镜汀（1904-1972），北京人，中国美术家协会会员。从小自学绘画，后加入中国画学研究会，得金北楼指授，解放前以卖画为生，兼在京华美术学院、国立北平艺术专科学校任教。解放后任中央民族美术研究所副研究员、北京画院副院长和画师、中国美术家协会书记处书记、美术编委、北京市人民代表、全国人民代表大会代表等。出版有吴镜汀作品选。
