说明
此匾为漆金暗八仙地，规制甚高，“红霞护翠”出自唐代李白的《庐山谣寄卢侍御虚舟》“翠影红霞映朝日，鸟飞不到吴天长。”上下款为“辛丑仲春，句余邵兰舟题”句余为余姚古地名，清代邵氏为余姚望族，尤以邵灿（清道光十二年进士）这一支声名显赫，在中国近现代史上有深远影响。邵兰舟应为邵灿后人。
