(6)一八四七 《鴻雪因緣圖記》線裝六冊 见亭先生 命题 戈载 This book is a fine example of a self – published woodblock printed book of the mid Qing period. The six volumes document 240 separate events with accompanying images by Wang Chuquan and other artists. The present expanded edition was compiled posthumously from a lifetime of travel notes from the author Wanyan Lin Qing by his sons Wanyan Chong Shi, and Wanyan Chong Hou, who sourced craftsman in Yangzhou to complete the work as a testament to their father and his work Wanyan Lin Qing (1791 – 1846), became Jinshi (highest and final degree in the imperial examination) in the fourteenth year of Jiaqing period.
