Full of hessian, bitter chocolate, cocoa and big meaty notes such as mutton and game. Dried raspberry, coal dust, aged mead, tar liqueur and black tea. A mighty dram! With water: leaner, more mineral, more citrus peel, cocktail bitters, turmeric, a distant lick of peat, some mineral oil and pink grapefruit. Totally brilliant!
