Can be even recognized form the first sniff: walnut husk, boiled beans, tobacco, liquorice and tar, chestnut wood.An unusual aroma of balsamic vinegar was also distinguished.Dense and soft with peaks of sweetness in contrast with a slight tannic astringency due to twenty years of maturation."
