The delicate drop shaped pendant collet-set with a pear-shaped sapphire measuring approximately 10.3 x 5.7 x 3.2mm, further embellished with two circular-cut sapphires and old round brilliant-cut and cushion-shaped diamonds, to a later attached fine-link chain, pendant length approximately 59mm, length of chain approximately 35cm, estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.60ct
