钱名山（1875-1944），字梦鲸，振锽。世居江苏常州菱溪，是著名诗人和书法家，人称江南大儒。光绪二十九年进士，授翰林院编修，曾官至刑部主事，后对腐败无能的清政府彻底失望，辞官回乡。在常州东门外开办书院“寄园”，培养了大批书画诗词方面的泰斗，如：谢玉岑、谢稚柳、马万里等，著有《名山集》《名山诗集》等。|
