陈立夫（1900-2001），名祖燕，字立夫，浙江省吴兴人。父陈其业，字勤士，兄陈祖焘，字果夫。另外曾化名李融清、辜君明。陈立夫是20世纪中国的重要人物之一，中国国民党政治家，大半生纵横政海，曾历任蒋介石机要秘书、国民党秘书长、教育部长、立法院副院长等各项要职。尤其作为有留美背景的教育部长，在战乱期间对中国教育事业的发展做出了卓著的贡献。2001年2月8日逝世于台湾台中，年101岁。|
