陈元龙（1652—1736）字广陵，号乾斋，浙江海宁人，清朝大臣。康熙二十四年一甲二名进士，授编修，直南书房。五十七年，擢工部尚书。六十年，调礼部。乙丑科会试开始施行殿试十本进呈之制。此前，进士无十本进呈之例，这一科会试总裁官是刑部尚书张士甄，开始以前十本恭呈皇帝钦定。康熙帝拔陆肯堂进士第一人，进士第二人就是陈元龙。
