阿弥陀佛全跏趺坐，神态慈祥平和，肉髻圆隆。双手于腹前施上品上生印，又称妙观察智印，依据《观无量寿经》中九品往生的说法，这是阿弥陀佛九品印中级别最高的手印，能使一切狂乱的妄念止息。造像衣纹线条流畅，气韵生动。下承高莲座，深束腰，莲瓣宽大舒展，彰显佛像的沉穆大气。此像金漆部分磨蚀，露出的木胎包浆温润自然，具有很高收藏价值。
