鼓墩为古代坐具，因形状似鼓而得名，又因上面多覆盖绣花丝巾，也称绣墩。拍品敦实沉稳，圆润秀美，墩体中空，釉面厚润盈泽，通体满施霁蓝釉，釉色匀净。器身上下各饰一排鼓钉，墩面中心两侧各镂空钱币纹，腹部饰双铺首耳，纹饰寓意吉祥。
