1.与Lot363同为毛子坚上款。毛子坚（1882-1954），名经畴，字子坚，上海人，清末曾襄助李平书倡导的上海地方自治运动，在士绅阶层颇有声誉。毛氏雅爱艺术，家富收藏，参加海上题襟馆书画会，冯超然曾馆其家，此幅即绘于毛氏“梦绿轩”。2.狄平子题跋。3.杨葆光题跋。杨葆光（1830－1912），字古酝，上海人。工诗文书画。
