Painted in rich cobalt blue characteristically 'heaped and piled' with a central ribbon-tied lotus plant bouquet encircled by a band of composite foliate scroll composed of thirteen blossoms, all in pairs, but one, and a narrow band of froth-capped waves at the rim, with a similar frieze on the exterior set between a key-fret border below and a border of classic scroll above, all within line borders, the base with six character seal.
