邓孚嘉，字用吉，活跃于雍正至乾隆年间，原籍福建，客居嘉定。金元钰的《竹人录》将邓孚嘉、邓士杰、邓渭三人收在一起，称："孚嘉字用吉，闽产也。流寓我邑。工画山水，一丘一壑，多自得趣，设色亦浑朴冲润。"
