Kaendler, depcting a lady playing the recorder and a gentleman the bagpipes, a recumbent sheep and dog at their feet, respectively, on scrollwork bases embellished in puce, turquoise and gilding, with a tree at the rear terminating in a sconce and a removable four-arm candelabrum with applied flowers and foliate sconces and drip-trays, 51.5cm high, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue with one and two incised cancellation marks, respectively, incised model numbers F.155 and F.156, impressed numerals, painter's numeral 12. to both (some losses and damage) (4)
