A Du Paquier Hausmaler plate painted by Ignaz Bottengruber, circa 1728Painted by Ignaz Bottengruber, Breslau, with an allegory of the month of March, depicting four children in winter clothes by a sled standing on elaborate gilt-edged iron-red strap- and scrollwork embellished with foliage, with two dogs below and a burning brazier and a putto supporting an oval medallion with the zodiac sign for Aries above, 23cm diam.
