玉璜以白玉材质雕琢，质地细腻晶莹，料色洁白而边沿微带红沁，通体片状镂空雕琢而成。整体双面工装饰，以细阴刻线浮雕技法雕琢谷纹，谷纹填充于龙身外侧形成玉璜主体，两侧形成龙首相对回望，龙纹造型灵动飘逸、传神生动；龙首张口咬衔中部兽面，兽面饕餮神秘而夸张，带有威严肃穆之气。整体造型典雅大气、雕琢精致，独特而少见；为玉器收藏之难得美品。
