玉璧白玉材质雕琢成长方形，质地晶莹细腻，局部带有红沁。一面高浮雕蟠螭纹饰，另一面则光素平整。蟠螭纹饰一大一小，造型圆浑饱满，体态灵活婉转，虎形龙相，相传是龙与虎的后代，具有龙的威武和虎的勇猛；故而带有辟邪护佑的寓意。整体造型简约精致，纹饰雕琢细腻，器型独特难得，适宜作为收藏把玩、佩戴装饰。
