A walnut and floral marquetry rectangular side table in the William and Mary taste:, bordered with lines, the overhanging top with a central oval panel of an urn of flowers and foliage on a ledge and with masks and scrolling foliage below, having similar spandrels and a continuous banding of leaves, the oyster veneered frieze with ebonised ground floral foliate panels, fitted with a deep drawer on spirally turned legs, united by a curved flattened X-frame stretcher with central plateau and terminating in bun feet, the top 110cm (3ft 7 1/4in) x 77cm (2ft 6 1/4in).
