First and only edition of this uncommon and refined work, composed on the occasion of the visit of the Russian Court in Palermo in the winter of 1845 with depictions of portraits of the Imperial family. The work celebrates this event that has remained in the history of Sicily, of Palermo but also in that of the Russian Court which saw the return of various representatives to these places over the years. The work is also famous for the presence within of the first composition of the great Vincenzo Bellini entitled "La Farfalleta" which is published here for the first time. The work collects writings and essays.
