释文：野坐不知三径晚，月来时共一尊清。黄思永（1850～1914），字慎之，号友生，江苏江宁人。光绪六年状元，授修撰，官至侍读学士。因子次请求变法，被捕入狱，八国联军侵入北京时方获释。后因创建善工厂而恢复原职。光绪十二年、十六年两任会试同考官。善诗文，工书法。
