●陈步紫（清），号荔南，闽省莆田人，拔贡出身，光绪朝进士，曾任直隶州州判，宣统元年转任河南省中牟县知县，多有政声，甚获军机大臣林绍年的青睐与倚重。辛亥革命后，受北洋政府国务院秘书长、代理国务总理夏仁虎邀请，在北洋政府司法部、邮传部多个部门任过要职，与当时的司法总长梁启超交情颇深，两人有过不少诗书唱和。●辜振康，泉州举人。
