The bracketlobed stand is decorated with a central flowerhead surrounded by a gilt band with raised decorations depicting figures in a landscape amidst flowering trees, mythical and bygonic creatures and pagodas, the outer rim with shaped panels with purple and blue gems with imperial designs. The base is also gilt with various colored perals.
