Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Emperor Reign period blue and white Zun vase. A bulbous body, tapering toward tall cylindrical neck supporting the flat opening rim, raised on concaved foot base. Two an elephant's trunk ears flanked on the neck. The shape is uniformly proportioned. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white underglaze base color which contrast against the cobalt blue fine color. The main body decorated in cobalt blue hand painting of abundant peach fruits ripe, interspersed with fresh foliage, and banded with repeating taotie mask. The neck adorned with huge abundant peach fruits ripe, interlocking tendril, banded with repeating taotie mask and auspicious pattern, enclosed with double fine blue rings on the upper mouth rim. The color in blue and white balanced, elegant and exquisite. The bottom forms a substantial ring-base with a flat offset face. There is not any overlap of the outlines, its well carved, clear, subtle, and distinct.
