AN IRISH SILVER TWIN HANDLE PORRINGER, Dublin c.1825, marker's mark possibly that of James Scott (marks rubbed), of compress circular form, the body with cartouches to each side containing crests, enclosed within scroll borders, the entire with repoussé, chased and engraved floral decoration, applied with acanthus wrapped handles, raised on four paw feet (c.15 troy ozs). 21cm wide over handles, 11cm tall
