|简介：常赞春（1872-1941），字子襄，别号柞闬吟盦，常氏家族第十四世，堂名常敬一堂，山西榆次人。清光绪二十八年（1902）中举，宣统元年（1909）考入京师大学堂，师从林纾等经学大师，授文学士。民国七年（1918）授国会众议院议员。终身从事教育及文化事业，谆谆善导，著作等身，桃李满三晋，为三晋名教育家，名国学家，名文学家，名书法家。被誉为文化名人，诚不虚也。
