Painted scroll by Shen Shihui (born 1959)/Tens of Thousands Water Falls Pouring Down from the Clouds in Sky/ink and colour on paper, 102cm x 50cm/Note: Shen Shi Hui is a member of Tianjin City Fine Arts Association and works at Tianjin College of Fine Arts. His ancestral home is Huaizhoufu, a beautiful region where many great painters were born including Jin Hao of Five Dynasties, Li Tang of Song and Jin Shang Yi of contemporary China. He graduated from Tianjin College of Fine Arts in 1985 his teachers there included Sun Qi Feng, Wang Song Yu, Cao De Zhao, Bai Geng Yan, Yang De Shu, Zheng Qing Heng, Lu Yun Suo and Ji Zhen Min. Shi Hui specialises in traditional Chinese painting, particularly in landscape works he has taken part in exhibitions nationally and internationally where his work has won many awards/see illustration
