定窑精于刻划，善长模印，是宋代五大名窑中唯一以白瓷见长，烧造时间最早、历时最悠久的窑口。本品造型端庄大方，线条圆润流畅，通体罩施白釉，犹如象牙质感，素雅怡人。外壁光素无纹，内壁满印缠枝莲纹，其间饰以两只凤鸟，底心刻划双鱼纹，其间以篦划纹饰水波，画面生动鲜活，繁缛华美，可见定窑模印技法之精湛高超。
