造像头戴五叶宝冠，束发高髻，宝珠顶严，面象方圆，长眉细目，鼻梁高挺，嘴角微扬，面容宁静而慈悲，耳垂圆珰，束发垂肩，体态结构合理，胸前饰有璎珞，臂部、手部、踝部都饰有钏环并镶宝石。下身着长裙，采用了汉地写实性的表现手法，裙边錾刻细碎花纹，两腿间的裙褶呈放射状自然流畅，全跏趺端坐于铺于座面之上。在座面的正后方錾刻有(大清乾隆年造)款识。
