A LARGE EDWARDIAN SILVER PRESENTATION CUP AND COVER, Birmingham c.1903, mark of Elkington & Co. Ltd., in the form of a loving cup, the domed cover with repousse, chased and engraved floral and scroll decoration and cow finial, the upper body with vacant cartouche to one side surrounded by scrolls and wheat sheaves above a central girdle, the lower half with continuous band of repousse, chased and engraved decoration of flowers, acanthus leaves leaves and scrolls, with applied acanthus capped C-scroll handles, raised on stepped circular base, (c.151.66 troy ozs). 55cm high
