Carlton Ware, a collection of Yellow Buttercup design ceramic tea ware Mostly dating from the 1930s and later, printed factory marks, Made in England, 'Australian Design' Registration Applied forComprising: a boxed child's plate and spoon, with a handwritten note from Daisy to Dolly dated 1938, a cased plate and knife, a cased set of butter dishes and knives, with in addition a tea pot and cover, an associated sugar bowl and cover, sugar bowl, milk jug, two cups and saucers, a small sauce boat, a large jug, a mug, a quaiche type dish, a three division dish, a two handled bowl, a strainer, a pedestal bowl, an oval boat shaped bowl,two circular dishes of varying size, a butter dish and cover, two toast racks, a sugar shaker, four egg cups, two napkin rings, two peppers, two salts, a mustard pot and cover, a spoon, a crescent shaped dish, an oval dish for egg cups; together with yellow petal moulded saucer, and two pieces of green glazed Carlton ware Sugar shaker 13 cm high (41)

The three division dish with some loss/abrasions to glaze on the rim. Tiny nick on one salt. Some of the smaller items (such as salt and egg cups) are not all marked. Overall there is some crazing to the glaze, a few marks and an occasional stain with natural wear to the base s- but generally in good condition.
