台湾新竹人，伪满洲国第一任外交部总长。1927年，谢介石出任溥仪的外务部右丞与天津行在御前顾问，之后前往吉林省出任吉林省省长熙洽的吉林省陆军部尚书。1932年伪满洲国成立后，谢介石任首任伪外交部总长。1935年出任伪满洲国驻日全权大使。1937年以后，出任伪满洲国国营事业董事长。日本投降后，居住在沈阳。
