A DIAMOND AND ONYX LOVE BIRD BROOCH, CARTIER designed as a pair of perched lovebirds, set with round cut diamonds totalling approximately 1.53 carats and polished onyx, signed Cartier and numbered, 3.8cm, 13.5g. For a very similar brooch see Sotheby's, 18th April 2012, New York Magnificent Jewels sale, lot 42, realised $45,000.
