叠盒呈圆柱形，盒盖与盒身大小恰如其分，依次上下子母口相合，上下共四层。该盒胎质细白，通体施白釉白中微微泛淡青色，釉面光洁、莹润。盖外与盒身均绘青花缠枝花卉纹，线条纤细却又繁而不乱，清新雅靓，青花呈色稳定，色泽浑厚。此瓷质盖盒制作规整，做工精致，保存完好，较为难得。
