潘鹤（b.1925）广东广州人。广州美术学院教授、中国美协常务理事、全国美展评选评奖委员会副主任、全国城市雕塑艺委会副主任，广州市城市雕塑艺委会主任和广东省政治协商委员会常务委员、广州市政府城市建设艺委会委员。1993 年起广东省政府和广州市政府分别为其在广东美术馆和广州市海珠区建立以潘鹤个人命名的雕塑园。2003 年获中华人民共和国文化部颁布造型艺术成就奖。2010 年获建国以来最高荣誉奖。
