1913年上海公共租界工部局火政处维多利亚新消防队奖章一枚，银质，维多利亚新消防队于1910年成立，地址位于上海市北京西路，此章系维多利亚消防公司于英国伯明翰特制，授予服务满三年的优秀员工；此枚获颁者“G.H.BROWN”，曾任该公司消防队队长，后任利物浦团第11营中尉，边道刻有其姓名，编号：397889，背镌雕刻师姓名缩写“W.J.D”，以及代表伯明翰的铁锚、狮子款，铸造精美，少见，近未使用品
