民国时期天津盐业银行会计、信房铜质镇尺一对，长：183毫米，颇为少见，保存完好盐业银行由袁世凯表弟、张伯驹之父、久任长芦盐运使的张镇芳创办。盐业银行天津分行于1915年5月开业，由总管理处分拨20万元作为营运基金，经理张作涛，副理王仁治。经理、副理之下设坐柜、走外、习帐、帮帐、核帐、信房、文牍、书记、库房、庶务等职位。天津分行的业务以存放款为主，汇兑为辅，间或买卖证券、金银货币。
