款识：“晨兴半炷名香”六字三行篆书款：重1005克。冲耳炉亦名朝天耳炉，器形端庄简洁，为明清铜炉中最为经典的式样。拍品器形较矮扁，早期特征明显。双耳饱满挺立，与口沿过渡和谐，唇沿圆润，颈部微束，线条流畅，下承三乳足。通体锈迹宛然，包浆厚重，此即藏家最重视的原皮壳，保存至今，颇为难得。
