拍品与上海博物馆藏清嘉庆元年邓渭竹刻行书赤壁赋笔筒尺寸、风格相近，筒壁刻杜甫《陪郑广文游何将军山林》诗两首、《重过何氏》诗两首，后落“梵庵方宁”款，及“万”、“安”联珠印。字体温婉整饬，其“宁”字不避道光皇帝名讳，包浆鹅黄，为嘉庆时期竹刻中的小件文房精品。方宁，生平不详。但以其雕刻风格与邓渭作品相近，应为同时期嘉定竹人。参阅：《竹镂文心：竹刻珍品特集》，上海博物馆，2012年，页126、127，图57
